Project description
The project will be developed in three stages like this:
The first stage (Tower 1) a building of 28 stories high and 12 apartments per floor for a total of 296 apartments of 52.00 m2 each.
The second stage (Tower 2) a 26-story building and 10 apartments per floor for a total of 238 apartments of 52.00 m2 each.
The third stage (Tower 3) a building of 20 stories high and 12 apartments per floor for a total of 228 apartments of 48.00 m2 each.
The project will consist of a total of 762 apartments, in addition it will have a tower of private parking lots, visitor parking and motorcycle parking, according to the current regulations of the sector.
